Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. If you order multiple items in a single order, they may be shipped together, which may lower your overall shipping costs. If you place multiple orders one after another, items may be shipped together, but shipping charges will remain as charged when order was placed. We ship via FedEx and the US Postal Service, and occasionally UPS where absolutely necessary. We are not responsible for any shipping delays while your order is in transit by USPS or FedEx. Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.



If you wish to cancel your order, you may call our Customer Service Department at 214.227.6500 during normal business hours (9AM-6PM CST). An order may be cancelled as long as it has not shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you must follow the Returns process. Custom orders may be cancelled within 8 hours from order submittal.



All orders may take 2-3 business days to process. Please be advised that at times we may run out of stock on certain items due to heavy demand. In the event this happens, we will back-order your item and ship it to you as soon as it arrives. We will advise you via email within 5 business days when this is the case. Please also be advised that restock from manufacturers can, at times, take up to 4-6 weeks. Custom orders, such as LED Neon Flex, LED Rope Light, and Fiber-Optic cable that needs to be cut may take up to a week to ship, and depends on spools in stock. Custom cut orders (such as items that are cut from a spool) are non-refundable.



Merchandise purchased from may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We require that it be unopened and in perfect condition, with proof of purchase (original receipt and/or packing slip) included. A return authorization form must be filled out and prior to shipping back to Once the return authorization form is filled out online, you will receive a confirmation number and information via email by the end of same business day. Return authorization forms submitted on Friday will receive a confirmation email that following Monday. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase. LED Dance Floors and Fiber-Optic Chandeliers are non-refundable because they are made to order. You have 5 business days after you receive your order to contact us for returns in the event of a damaged LED Dance Floor or Fiber-Optic Chandelier. If your products are damaged, please contact us immediately for replacement instructions. You have 5 business days after receiving your product to report damaged items. After that time, we can no longer file claims for damaged materials and you will have to replace the items at your own expense. Returns authorized after 30 days by will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and customer will pay all transportation costs associated with the return, including taxes, customs and duties, if applicable. Product returned in original condition will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If product is found to be damaged, missing manuals or parts, or original manufacturer’s carton is damaged or missing, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged. Product will not be approved for return or credit under the following conditions:

  • Product has been altered.
  • If power plug has been cut off and hard wired to an electrical source.
  • Product was not installed or maintained in accordance with the product specifications.
  • Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence.
  • Product defect was not related to product functionality, including third-party modifications.
  • Product damage caused after receipt of product by customer.
  • Product that has been custom cut such as fiber optic cable or rope lighting.
  • Product that was custom ordered for a project.

By choosing to request a RMA from, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above. To return merchandise, please indicate the reason for return on the original receipt or packing slip and securely pack the merchandise in the box. For your protection, we suggest you ship to us via an insured or trackable method, as unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your return if it is lost in transit. If you no longer have your packing slip, please indicate the order number, your address, and your phone number on a separate piece of paper and include it in the package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all postage costs on returned merchandise. will not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.

Defective Product / DOA will replace defective or dead on arrival (DOA) product with like product. will not provide credit on Defective/DOA product – unless no suitable repair or replacement is available. will cover shipping charges incurred by customer up to the amount of a standard FED EX Ground charge for the return of Defective/DOA product and the shipment of replacement product. For purposes of clarity, will not reimburse or pay for labor or other costs associated with removal of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective or DOA. Returned products will be tested upon arrival at the Any product that is determined to be non-defective will be returned to customer, at customer’s expense, and a testing fee of a minimum of 10% of the product value will be assessed.

Warranty warrants to the Purchaser that each Product manufactured and sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship in its intended use (normal wear and tear excepted) for the period of one years from date of Purchaser’s purchase (the invoice date) .’s warranty flows only to Purchaser. If any Product covered by this warranty is returned by Purchaser in accordance with’s Products Return Policy, including without limitation its return authorization provisions, within the applicable warranty period set forth above, and upon examination determines to its satisfaction that such Product was defective in material or workmanship at the time of delivery to the Purchaser, will, at its option, repair or replace the Product or the defective part thereof, or reimburse Purchaser for the purchase price. For purposes of clarity, “repair or replace the Product or the defective part thereof” does not include any reinstallation costs or expenses, including without limitation labor costs or expenses. If chooses to replace the Product and is not able to do so because it has been discontinued or is not available, may replace it with a comparable product. The foregoing notwithstanding, will not be responsible for damage to any Product resulting from misuse, negligence, acts of God or accident or resulting from repairs or alterations made by any person or firm not duly authorized by in writing. Purchaser shall convey with each Product distributed to end users this BUYLEDS.COM’S LIMITED WARRANTY, and if determines that the appropriate remedy for a defective product is refund of Purchaser’s purchase price, Purchaser shall refund to the end user (or arrange for the refund to the end user of) the full purchase price paid by the end user for such defective Product.
